The mammoth 4CD/1DVD 20th anniversary reissue of Nirvana’s game-changing Nevermind will include producer Butch Vig’s original, rejected mix of the album, plus the band’s initial Smart Studios demos and a full 1991 Halloween concert on both CD and DVD, Universal Music Enterprises announced this morning.
According to the label, the box set includes “literally dozens of previously unreleased recordings, obscure B-sides, alternate mixes, radio sessions, studio rarities and live recordings.”
